About Garg Construction
Garg Construction is a family-owned business based in Manukau, Auckland. We love working closely with people who are passionate about their building projects, and we work with you to turn your plans into a finished result.
Garg Construction has operated in Auckland since 2016, and our team brings more than 20 years of construction experience, from design through to build. Our overseas design and drafting office supports our local team, which keeps documentation moving while our crews focus on quality workmanship on site.

Our mission
To build safely, deliver quality, earn trust and leave a positive legacy in every community we work in. An experienced engineer looks after every project from design to handover. Our team looks after each other, takes ownership, treats everyone with respect and keeps getting better. We do what we say, communicate openly, take pride in our work and leave every site cleaner and safer than we found it.
How we work
We offer quality workmanship at a reasonable price, on an agreed timeframe. We can handle as much or as little of the design and project management as you need, and we work on projects of every size. Where a job includes restricted building work, it is carried out by a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) engaged for that job.

Meet our engineer: Sanjeev Kumar
Sanjeev leads the technical side of every project. He has more than 20 years’ hands-on experience designing, detailing and building precast and in-situ concrete construction, and in-depth knowledge of New Zealand construction standards.

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- MEngNZ (Engineering New Zealand)
- AMIE and MICI memberships
- Recipient of the Institute Medal
